A Zimbabwean Vision of Luxury
Built on the belief that true luxury does not arrive from elsewhere — it grows from the land it stands on.
Villas of Whispering Wonders is inspired by a simple belief: that Zimbabwe deserves world-class hospitality shaped by its own people, culture and landscape.
The vision began with a question — what would a truly private retreat near Victoria Falls feel like if it were built slowly, with restraint, and with the community around it rather than apart from it?
The answer became this project: an intimate collection of villas held in indigenous woodland in the Sizinda–Chisuma area, close enough to feel the energy of the Falls and far enough to hear nothing but the bush at night.
Every decision — the number of villas, the pace of construction, the choice of materials and makers — returns to the same principles: privacy, craftsmanship, warmth, and respect for the place itself.
